The music in the 70's was very different than the music we hear today. There was more variety of music in the 1970's then ever before. Funk, Soul, R&B, Pop, Soft Rock, Hard Rock, and Disco were all created up in the 70's. Later on in the 70's some new music came along called Hip-hop that is popular today. In 1970 was the golden age for vinyl records. They were affordable for everyone and everyone had a record player. People that listen to music seemed to be more happy in the 70's. Everyone that did own one which was most people loved to listen to their favorite types a lot of people were interested into funk, and soul. For the people that didn't have record or record players they would go to record stores and listen to music there.
TV in the 1970’s are so different than what we have now. They used to be really big and would get really hot. They were shaped as a box. The tv shows were also very different than what they are now. Some are Abc movie of the week, The F.B.I., Hawaii Five-O. Color television was already invented so it was more enjoyable.
